At Notionly, we sell digital products that are delivered instantly after purchase. Because of this, all sales are generally final. That said, we aim to be reasonable and fair, and refunds may be granted in specific cases outlined below.
When Refunds May Be Granted
Refunds will be considered under the following circumstances:
Technical issues - If a template does not function as described due to a technical issue on our end, and we’re unable to resolve it within 7 days of your request.
Duplicate purchases - If you accidentally purchase the same template more than once, we’ll refund the duplicate charge.
Access issues- If you do not receive access to your purchased template due to a technical failure, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue.
When Refunds Are Not Granted
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
Change of mind after purchase
Incorrect product selection (please review product details before purchasing)
Lack of feature awareness or unmet expectations not related to a technical issue
Customization or modification of the template after purchase
Failure to use the template for any reason
How to Request a Refund
If you believe you qualify for a refund, please follow these steps:

Review process: We’ll review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.
Chargebacks & Disputes
If a chargeback or payment dispute is filed without first contacting us, we reserve the right to:
Deny future purchases
Contest the chargeback with the payment processor
We encourage reaching out first — most issues can be resolved quickly through support.
